IBS • Colitis • Crohn’s • Spastic Colon:
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common disorder that affects the large intestine or colon. Signs and symptoms include cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, and diarrhea or constipation, or both.
The cause of irritable bowel syndrome is currently unknown (to mainstream medicine). It is thought to result from a combination of abnormal gastrointestinal (GI) tract movements, increased awareness of bodily functions, and a disruption in the communication between the brain and the GI tract.
We look for Irritable bowels not just at the colon, but the entire GI tract, from mouth to anus, (including the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, even the adrenal glands) and we like to look for inflammation.
Common TRIGGERS of intestinal inflammation:
1. Diet of inflammatory foods, such as: white flour products, white potato products, white sugar products, corn syrup and other junk foods.
2. Food allergies and sensitivities.
3. Chronic infections, parasitic, bacterial or fungal including Candida.
4. GMO foods (genetically modified) as well as chemically sprayed foods.
5. Hormonal imbalances, Adrenal exhaustion/fatigue.
6. Various Pharmaceutical medications.
Common Signs and Symptoms of IBS include frequent:
· Abdominal discomfort and/or pain
· Spastic colon (spastic contractions of the colon)
· Excessive Gas
· inability to empty bowels
· urgent need to defecate
But also common are:
· loss of appetite
AN ALTERNATIVE PATH:
Dr. Straile, DC, looks at IBS and many other health challenges as a functional disorder.
Wheat and dairy are big offenders in any bowel disorder. Also common are nuts and eggs. Most common infestations are parasites and fungus such as candida, but also bacteria of various kinds.
Dr. Straile: “Allergies are best managed, maybe even eliminated through the SHOW Method,
through Energy Balancing Treatments, which work at the epigenetic level. It shows great success in alleviating some of the underlying nutritional sensitivities and allergies. The Immune System also responds very powerfully to Energetic Balancing Treatments”.
Successful management of food allergies and irritants plus nutritional supplements, such as ProBiotics over a period of time will restore the bowel system to its normal, healthy level.
The Intestine and it’s associated organs respond very well to the natural healing capabilities of the body. This healing can be facilitated with energy techniques such as the SHOW Method and specific, targeted natural medicines.
An initial treatment protocol of 10 sessions is recommended to improve bowel function and reach a noticeable improvement of symptoms.
It is not uncommon, for other, seemingly unrlated issues, such as anxiety and depression, to also improve.
Since the intestine is the lifeline of nutritional supplies to all organs, including the brain, good bowel health couldn’t be more important.
And it’s commonly very achievable with sensible dietary changes and
Energy Balancing Treatments (like the SHOW Method).
